Summer Breeze

A large terrace with views over the Caribbean Sea and Marigot Bay greets you and brings you into the living room of Summer Breeze. Throughout the living room are fitted shelves and directly ahead is another terrace looking over the Roseau Valley. This terrace provides a great space for outdoor dining and barbeque. There is a large dining/breakfast area and a fitted kitchen fully equipped with ‘industrial style’ appliances, stainless steel cupboards, a double sink, overhead fan with grill and a central island with granite countertop.

The double ensuite bedroom off the living room has a balcony terrace and a walk in closet. Another (single) has garden access. On the lower floor is a laundry room and a studio apartment – 1 bed with a/c, ensuite shower & wrap around balcony with view of the bay and pool. The guest cottage has a kitchenette, living area, 1 ensuite bedroom and a/c. Summer Breeze comes with water tanks in excess of 40,000 gallons, electric gates, solar water and a generator.
