Villa Margarita is located in the north east of Cap Estate – a prestigious residential neighborhood and home of the Sandals St. Lucia Golf and Country Club. The Club House is about a 15-minute walk from the property. This tropical ranch style, split-level home is all about Caribbean living with country and sea-views enjoyed in open living spaces, in a private setting. This house was completely remodeled, and re-fit with beautiful brand new furniture. Villa Margarita is made up of two main parts, The Main House and The Cottage.
